Well, this must be a little annoying for a few but, we can’t find any reason for some to do something like this. It’s true, it’s that moment you panic, and then, you’re mind doesn’t work anymore. But, how is it possible that these people have driving licenses? Does this prove that the goverment needs to change a few things?
