In case you didn’t know, Jaguar not only just celebrated its 80th birthday, but it also just built its first ever SUV.
Jaguar therefore decided to celebrate the only way any reasonable person would celebrate; by building a 63-foot loop lit up as the number 80, and driving their new F-PACE SUV through it.

Jaguar enlisted the help of stunt driver Terry Grant to help them with the record braking challenge. During the loop, his body was subjected to 6.5 times the weight of gravity; more than most aircraft can survive. Jaguar also set a world record for “the largest ever loop-the-loop completed by a car”, which is seriously impressive considering that they did it in an SUV.
