There’s always a car that catches me by surprise at the LS festival each year. Last year was the 10 second Mitsubishi Eclipse, this year is the Trollvo.
The Trollvo is an early 80 Volvo 240 wagon, with a 5.3L and a 4L80E, and something that was pretty noticeable on the car, were the ton of stickers it was wearing.
The best of them was the “Bye, Felica” sticker, that was put in the tailgate window. The Trollvo is like a Predator, you would never expect a big car like that to move at such speeds, let alone have those kind of smooth launches. It’s quiet and slow, but once you see it moving, it’s too late.
