This gigantic marine diesel engine is astonishing
While maritime endeavors are not our specialty here at GT Speed, we can’t help but admire the engineering that goes into this sort of thing, especially when we talk about the humongous engines that power the equally oversized vessels.
This marine engine is dubbed the K98MC, and it is a turbocharged two stroke diesel, oddly enough, for its size is actually quite fuel efficient, and its modular architecture allows for it to be built in different configurations from inline sixes to inline fourteen cylinders.
