Porting a cylinder head is a seemingly obscure art.
It is not, porting and polishing a cylinder head is not so much of an art as it is a feat of perseverance and attention to detail. Surely is a long process, and the power gains are far from spectacular, nonetheless, the value of porting and polishing is not found the the power gains, but in the way it supports other engine upgrades, accommodating more airflow is good for when the boost gets turned up all the way to eleven.
