The real heros of Porsche that saved the 911.

Most of the people now days think that Porsche was always a rear engine car,but they don’t know the whole story.

There was a time when Porsche was suffering,and it was the front engine cars that ended its suffer,and not the 911.It all began with the 924,that was revealed in 1976.It had a bit of VW,and the 911 fans didn’t like it.Same thing happened with the 944.It came out a few years after the 924 and it was a bit more powerful.The 924 along with the 928 and 968 literally saved Porsche and the 911.These cars were originally made to replace the 911,but that obviously never happened.The rest is history in itself.
