The sound from this Rolls Royce Meteor engine is uncanny.
The Rolls Royce Meteor engine is a 27 liter (that’s just under 1650 cubic inches) V12, produced between 1943 to 1964.
Based on the Merlin engine, this 600 horsepower behemoth was developed for use in tanks and heavy machinery, but has found a place in the petrolhead community, being the go to powerhouse for those who venture into insane engine swap territory.
This time, we get to hear the 12 cylinder choir blast a superbly loud exhaust note, headphone users beware.
