Although GM never produced a 1966 chevelle with the 427 big block, it was a very popular dealer and post sale swap.

My 66 has been bored and stroked to its current 496 ci with 10.5-1 forged pistons, Eagle forged crank and rods, GMPP ZZ 502 aluminum heads, a Lunati hyd roller cam, full MSD 6AL ignition and an offenhouser 2×4 intake with dual 600 Holleys by Jesse Bigs.

Hooked to an M-21 4 speed and 12 bolt posi rear. Billet Specialties wheels and M/T ET street radials. The car has won many local shows and has quaified for the Criusin New England Superwheels Showdown.

It was completely frame off restored in 2009 and has aprox 2000 miles since the resto.
