According to the poster of this video, the Nissan Pathfinder you’ll see here has clocked 370,000 miles and is on its third transmission and second engine.
The truck is used as a daily driver, and the owner is just waiting for a window when he can have it out of commission long enough to be repaired. In the meantime, what with reverse not working, he’s had to find a temporary solution until it can be repaired.
What you’ll see is that solution. It might not be a great idea for a long-term fix, but as a stopgap, it does seem to work.
