The video is pure insanity.
The driver of what appears to be a BMW M6 decided to get in front of an ambulance before forcing him to come to a halt in the fast lane. He then gets out of his car, engages in a heated conversation with the ambulance driver before giving him the finger before taking off in a cloud of tire smoke.
