Kasakhstan is one of the last places on the planet I would go looking, in search of a drift scene.
That assumption however, would be totally incorrect. Astana, the second- largest video in Kazakhstan, is home to a massive drifting culture. It was here that this parking garage drift scene straight out of Tokyo Drift unfolded.
