Before the movie was even halfway complete, it wasn’t called Fast and Furious, its working title was actually “Redline”, and the cars and characters were a tad different.
The movie that eventually became Fast and Furious spawned a multi-million dollar franchise, spanning through seven films with an eighth said to arrive in 2017. It has undoubtedly enriched and expanded car culture, and while some argue the films have gotten “less about cars, more about heists”, we can all agree the original will always be appreciated.
