A look at Koenigsegg wheels and how they are made – GT Speed

Every part of a Koenigsegg is built to perfection, the wheels are no exception.

With carefully layered strips of carbon fiber, a technician begins to construct what will become a hollow frame wheel for an Agera, Regera, or any other Koenigsegg machine.

The stacked carbon fiber is baked in a n oven, and then tempered in another, making it several times stronger than steel, but also several times lighter. Attention to detail is a focal point in every Koenigsegg assembled, and even something as mundane as wheels is developed internally.
There is no compromise, no outsourcing, just dedication to craftsmanship, and brilliance.
