A 1500 hp Corvette ZR1: because there is no such thing as overpowered.
Every once in a while we come across a build so interesting and well executed that it begs the question: Why?
Who needs 1500 horsepower in a car?
Regardless of the answer, we reckon this ZR1, which is turbocharged and supercharged, is an exquisite example of tuning prowess. The rear mounted turbo assembly helps keep packaging manageable, and avoids overcrowding the engine bay housing the supercharger. The advantage of this kind of configuration relies on the supercharging substantially reducing turbo lag.
