This would probably be one of the craziest swaps we have ever seen, I mean, who would LS swap Porsches, right?
Well the guys at Fast N Loud did, and they make a living out of making these kind of crazy projects.
This is a 2000 Porsche 996, and as you would probably know by now, an LS3 engine has been fitted in this silver bullet. Many people would disagree with this swap, especially the purists, but in the end, this is a car that excites us, and don’t get it twisted this baby is pretty fast. After it was fitted with the LS engine, the car was capable of 432 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque. To test the cars performance, a race between the project Porsche and the new 911 Turbo S was set up. Just for your info, the new 911 Turbo S can go from 0-60 mph in just 2.8 seconds, and has 580 horsepower.
