The time of cassette players, boom boxes, awful fashion choices, arguably the height of Japanese cars, and where American v8s struggled to put out 200hp. Somethings haven’t changed though; Nurburgring tourism was as popular then as it always has, the only difference was that you couldn’t hop on YouTube to watch crash compilations in your underwear. Here’s a bit of nostalgia for you 90’s kids. We managed to find this video from 1995 of typical Nurburgring spins, slides and near misses. One things for sure, drivers were as bad then as they were now!
