Yes, finally Dodge Barracuda is coming back, and it has been rumoured that will be a replacement to the current Challenger.

We also learned that both the Charger and the Barracuda will be based on the new Alfa Romeo Giulia’s rear-wheel drive platform, meanwhile the style will be based on the 99’s Dodge Charger R/T concept. The new born Dodge Barracuda is said to be equipped with a turbocharged V6 (capable to produce 510hp) which is built by Ferrari. According to FCA, 30 new or refreshed items are expected for the next two years. Anyways, muscle car enthusiasts should stay in their line because a V6 or V8, even a turbocharged 4-cylinder will be included as an option for this project.
