Charles says that things weren’t always like this. Before opening his four car garage, he used to fix all of his neighbors stuff, because that’s what neighbors do as he says. His neighbors think that he’s running an illegal business, while Charles says that that’s completely untrue, and that he has only open the garage for himself and for his friends.
