It’s a rare, Canada made only, 1967 Pontiac Acadian Canso SD. The car is a full Chevy chassis cousin to the Nova SS. It’s more rare than most Novas. With the SD pkg, it’s one of only 174. Mine has a 383 Stroker with TH400. It’s the only one in the state of Nevada. It lives in Vegas.
